Each suite has its own private balcony that overlooks the pool area and wide sandy beach. Your view of the ocean is totally unobstructed through entire walls of glass. Step outside and feel the sea breeze as you enjoy your own unique piece of paradise.
The town's famous fishing pier is located just a few hundred feet down the beach and can be seen from many of the suites' private balconies. With views like these, it will be tempting to stay on your balcony, but the beach, pool and local attractions beckon, all within immediate proximity. |

Our oceanfront pool area and lush tropical gardens are located in the center of the resort just beside the beach. Suites located on the first floor have direct access to this area from their own private porches.
This area of the resort is supremely private and accessible only to our guests and timeshare unit owners. Costa del Sol is known for its gorgeous beach and immaculate pool area. Come see for yourself! |

Resort Policies
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of units and facilities: Four persons (children & babies included.
CHECK IN: PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE YOUR ARRIVAL PRIOR TO 3:00 pm.
CHECK OUT: UNTIS MUST BE VACATED BY 10:am.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: Visa, Master Card and American Express, Checks will be Accepted with proper I.D.
RESERVATIONS CHANGES: You are financially responsible for the confirmed dates Of your reservation. A twenty one (21) day written Notice is required for any date changes, cancellations or refunds.
OFFICE HOURS: 8am_9pm, 7 days
LATE ARRIVALS: If you plan on being late please be sure to make prior arrangements with front desk for your keys.
HOUSEKEEPING: Your unit(s) will be cleaned and linens changed daily except on Sundays.
POOL TOWELS: For your convenience pool towels are available at front desk, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., room towels are not permitted on the pool deck
PARKING: Parking spaces are available. For security reasons, please register your vehicle at the front desk and make sure that your parking permit is on the dash board of your vehicle on the driver side.
SECURITY: For peace of mind, a security guard is on duty from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
RESTRICTIONS: SORRY NO PETS, NO RV'S, CAMPERS OR BOATS PERMITTED. |
