Coronavirus Update #2

Dear Owners,

Since our last COVID-19 update, things have evolved. We all know and understand that we are in a very fluid set of circumstances. The United States has declared a state of emergency, Canada has declared a strong message for Canadians to avoid all international travel, and other foreign nations have implemented more serious global travel restrictions.

Based on these changes and new information, the Costa del Sol Resort Association's Board of Directors has decided to temporarily relax the 21 day cancellation and refund policy for renters. We will let you know at which point it makes sense to resume our 21 day cancellation policy.

Things change, and if you find yourself in a situation where you cannot honor your reservation within 21 days, due to the current crisis situation, please call General Manager Sal Azemi at 954-776-6900 x404 and we will work out a reasonable financial solution.

Rental income is a key source of income that the association depends on in managing operational costs and performance. However, in this situation, safety is more important than finances. We will figure out the financial impact of this crisis in time. We urge that you please use caution in your travel decisions and if you are feeling ill, please respect the health and welfare of others, stay away, and get better.

The resort continues to remain open and functional. This week (week 11) resulted in 15 cancellations due to the crisis.
